OFB Soil Binder™ is an environmentally safe, all purpose liquid soil additive. It is mixed with water and used for controlling and managing a variety of soil conditions. When properly applied in sufficient quantities, O.F.B. Soil Binder™ will effectively control problems associated with base failure, dust pollution, soil erosion, and water loss retention in ponds and reservoirs.
OFB Soil Binder™, is a Latex based chemical that, when applied to soil, creates a surface that is as hard as cement. The product is extremely versatile in its application, and as long as there are a minimum of 17% fines, will have the ability to bind most soils. OFB Soil Binder™ is diluted when applied to the soil, the water acting as a carrier agent for the product. The dilution ratios are determined by the type of soil treated, and the end result which is to be achieved.
The four easy treatment steps with commonly available equipment
- Break up the surface
- Mix diluted Soil Binder™ through soil
- Compact Surface
- Apply final top seal coat of Soil Binder™
